ASSEMBLY (Unassembled Bike(s), Frame(s) and Component(s))
Frames, Bikes and Components may ship with some assembly required. Assembly by a qualified professional bicycle mechanic is required. Failure to assemble through a qualified mechanic may result in performance issues or failures that are not covered under our warranty.

CONTACT
All orders placed through PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION will ship within 72 hours of order completion. Please contact PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION If you have not received your shipping information via email within 72 hours of placing your order.   Planet 26 Distribution reserves the right to refuse shipment to any persons for any reason.

PAYMENT
For all in-stock orders, Planet 26 Distribution will process payment at the time of checkout. For pre-orders, we will process payment at the time the product(s) become available and are ready to ship.

PROCESSING TIMES
Order processing can take up to 72 hours. You will be emailed an automated message when your shipment ships from our facility. This email will include tracking information. If you do not receive an email please contact PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION Customer Service. 

PRICING
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars / Funds.  Please check online or with your personal bank,  your current exchange rates are in your respective areas / country.

SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the USA and Canada will be charged local sales tax. Orders being picked up at the PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION  Office / Warehouse will be charged Ontario sales tax (where we are located).

Return Policy
You may return or exchange the item(s) by your preferred shipping method or at the PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION Office / Warehouse (Pre-arrange drop off time and date).
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact by email - PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION. 

PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION will accept returns or exchanges on unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. Please note a 5% RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any returned framesets or complete bikes.

RETURNING BY SHIPPING
Please contact PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION customer service to request a return authorization number before shipping your items back to PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION. Send in your item(s) using YOUR preferred shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. Components, Bikes and Framesets must be returned with the original packaging.

RETURNING AT PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION
Bring the item(s) you'd like to return to the PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION Office / Warehouse along with your receipt and original form of payment  (Pre-arrange the time and date ahead ).

REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a PLANET 26 DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT CREDIT at our discretion.
